My Beginnings:

My father had black hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion. My mother has red hair, green eyes, and freckles. I was born a towheaded blonde with blue eyes and a fair complexion. On my mother's side, I'm part Italian, German and French. On my father's side, I'm part Scotch-Irish, English and American Indian. Using contemporary terms, I would probably be called "multi-racial"... but really I'm just a mutt. I'm what the majority of people living in this melting pot called the United States of America is -- I'm an American and proud of it!
